- Company Registration: We are a legally registered Indonesian limited liability company, PT Juara Flores Lestari, operating under the brand Larantuka Lamaholot Voyages.
- Tourism Business License (SIUP Pariwisata): We hold a valid and current Tour and Travel Business License issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf), authorizing us to conduct all tour operations.
- Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP): We are a registered taxpayer with the Indonesian Directorate General of Taxes, ensuring full compliance with all national and local tax obligations.
- Mandatory Labor Reporting (Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan): We are registered with the Ministry of Manpower, affirming our compliance with all Indonesian labor laws.

This includes a 24/7 on-call duty manager, established relationships with medical clinics in Maumere and Larantuka, and a clear medical evacuation plan to international-standard hospitals in Bali (BIMC, Siloam) if required.
